Allows applicants for a New Hampshire facility license to change their proposed facility address without needing to resubmit their application.

New Hampshire SB561 amends RSA 287-D:7 to allow applicants for a facility license with a pending application to change the physical address of the proposed facility. The new address must be within New Hampshire and in a municipality that has not voted to prohibit the operation of games of chance. The applicant must notify the lottery commission of the new address and provide any required documentation. The commission has 90 days to evaluate the new address and incorporate its findings into the decision on the pending application. This act takes effect 60 days after its passage.
