Lowers the minimum speed limit on locally controlled roads in New Hampshire.

The bill amends RSA 265:63 to reduce the minimum allowable speed limit on locally controlled roads. It decreases the limit outside urban districts to a minimum of 20 miles per hour and within business or urban residence districts to the same minimum. The bill references definitions of urban residence district and business district from RSA 259:118 and RSA 259:8, respectively. The changes will take effect 60 days after the bill's passage.
