SB532 amends the Education Freedom Savings Account Oversight Committee to require meetings at least once per month, with live broadcasts and recordings available on the general court website. The committee must also post agendas, minutes, and reports on the department of education's website. The committee's purpose is expanded to include monitoring the impact of state education funding on local district schools and making recommendations for legislative changes to the education freedom savings account program. The committee must submit a report by November 30, 2022, and annually thereafter.
