New Hampshire SB507 establishes a committee to study violence in schools directed at staff members and the obstacles to disciplining or expelling students in such circumstances. The committee will consider state and federal laws, mental health concerns, potential liabilities for school districts, and the emotional and psychological trauma experienced by staff members. The committee will report its findings and recommendations to the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate clerk, the house clerk, the governor, and the state library by November 1, 2026.
