New Hampshire SB502 removes references to the department of business and economic affairs and the office of planning and development, and makes various changes to how certain committees and commissions participate or operate. The bill allows commission members to participate in meetings by video or telephone, provided that they can be heard by and hear every other member. It also allows independent investment committee members to participate in meetings by telephone, video conference, or other electronic means, provided that they can be heard by and hear every other member.
