New Hampshire SB470 amends the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification to allow for the expungement of certain disciplinary actions against licensees. This applies to conduct not involving criminal acts, fraud, deceit, patient safety, public safety, or acts impacting the integrity of the profession. A licensee may petition for expungement if the disciplinary action occurred more than seven years ago, did not include suspension or permanent revocation, and the licensee has completed all requirements, has no pending investigations, and is in good standing.
