Amends the Governor's Commission on Addiction, Treatment, and Prevention membership criteria in New Hampshire.

New Hampshire SB422 amends the Governor's Commission on Addiction, Treatment, and Prevention by changing its membership criteria. The commission will now include nine public members, two of whom are professionals knowledgeable about alcohol and other drug misuse prevention, and two of whom are professionals knowledgeable about alcohol and other drug misuse treatment.
