Amends the composition of the trauma medical review committee and establishes a study committee to review other boards and appointment processes.

Amends the membership of the trauma medical review committee to include representatives from various trauma-related fields. Establishes a study committee to review the composition, duties, and responsibilities of certain boards, including the emergency medical and trauma services coordinating board and the emergency medical services medical control board. The study committee will report its findings and recommendations by November 1, 2026.
