New Hampshire SB414 amends marital property settlement enforcement by requiring immediate remedies for contempt.

New Hampshire SB414 modifies the enforcement of marital property settlements by adding a new provision to RSA 458:51-a. If a court finds any party in contempt related to proceedings in this chapter, it must immediately rectify the cause of the contempt, such as ordering access to withheld funds, payment, or property. This act will take effect on January 1, 2027.
