New Hampshire SB412 modifies the conditional release definitions and jurisdiction for delinquent minors and children in need of services. It amends RSA 169-B:2, VIII(d) to allow the court to retain jurisdiction over violations of release conditions during the release term. It also adds a new paragraph V-a to RSA 169-B:4 for delinquent children. Similarly, it amends RSA 169-D:2, III(d) for children in need of services, allowing the court to retain jurisdiction over violations of release conditions during the release term, and adds a new paragraph II-a to RSA 169-D:3.
