New Hampshire SB403 mandates all schools to commence the academic year after Labor Day.

New Hampshire SB403 amends RSA 189 by adding a new section, 189:1-f, which prohibits any school board from allowing a school to start its academic year before the day after Labor Day. This change is set to take effect on January 1, 2027.
