New Hampshire SB400 amends the duties and reporting requirements of the Therapeutic Cannabis Medical Oversight Board. The board must now submit an annual report by January 1 to the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, the oversight committee on health and human services, the board of medicine, and the board of nursing. The report must include documentation of the board's reviews of currently approved and additional qualifying medical conditions, along with findings and recommendations supported by medical and scientific evidence.
