New Hampshire SB211, known as the Protection of Women's Sports Act, requires schools and institutions of higher education to provide separate locker room facilities for male and female athletes based on their biological sex. This applies to interscholastic and intercollegiate sports, excluding grades K-5 and intramural or club sports. The act allows athletes who suffer harm due to violations to seek injunctive and equitable relief, including attorney's fees.
