Establishes a five-year registration program for fleets of 25 or more vehicles in New Hampshire.

New Hampshire SB191 introduces a five-year registration program for fleets of 25 or more in-service vehicles. Qualified registrants can choose a common expiration date for all vehicles in the same fleet. The program requires annual submission of a current New Hampshire certificate of good standing. Off-highway recreational vehicles and snowmobiles are not eligible. The division of motor vehicles will disburse municipal fees and costs collected upon registration to the appropriate municipality within 30 days of receipt.
