Establishes gold and silver as legal tender in New Hampshire for all transactions.

New Hampshire HB721 amends the Revised Statutes to create a new chapter establishing gold and silver in coin or bar form as legal tender for all transactions, both public and private, within the state. For gold or silver to be used as legal tender, the buyer and seller must mutually agree on the fair market value. The bill also allows individuals to possess any amount of gold or silver in coin or bar form. The act is set to take effect on July 1, 2025.
