New Hampshire HB660 mandates historic horse racing facilities to contribute 10% of their revenue to their host communities.

New Hampshire HB660 requires entities licensed to conduct historic horse race wagering to collect 10% of their revenues and distribute it to the municipality's general fund. This act amends RSA 284:23, I by adding a new subparagraph (e) to mandate this revenue contribution. The collected amount is to be deposited into the municipality's general fund. The act is set to take effect on July 1, 2025.
