Establishes the Hampton Beach master plan fund and appropriates $5,000 annually for two fiscal years to fund the commission's operations.

The bill amends RSA 216-J:5 to establish the Hampton Beach master plan fund in the state treasurer's office, separate from other funds, to receive gifts, grants, donations, and other appropriations. The fund will cover commission expenses, implementation costs, and commission operations and initiatives. The fund's money will not lapse into the state's general fund. The bill appropriates $5,000 annually for two fiscal years, from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027, to fund the commission's operations and initiatives.
