Repeals the New Hampshire prescription drug affordability board and related fund.

New Hampshire HB570 repeals the prescription drug affordability board and the administration fund associated with it. The bill amends RSA 94:1-a, I(b) by removing the executive director of the Department of Health and Human Services from the board. It also repeals RSA 6:12, I(b)(384) concerning the administration fund and RSA 126-BB regarding the board itself. This act is set to take effect on July 1, 2025.
