New Hampshire HB454 mandates that retailers selling fuel blends with 15% ethanol must also offer blends with 10% or lower ethanol content.

New Hampshire HB454 amends RSA 339 by adding a new section requiring all retailers of ethanol fuel blends to offer at least one fuel blend with 10% ethanol or lower if they sell a blend with 15% ethanol or greater. The bill mandates that retailers post the prices of these fuel blends as required by RSA 339:30-a. This act is set to take effect on July 1, 2025.
