New Hampshire HB341 mandates the secretary of state to verify voter records with the USPS annually before elections.

New Hampshire HB341 amends RSA 654:45, IV(d) to require the secretary of state to annually check voter records with the United States Postal Service for address changes before any election. This change takes effect 60 days after the bill's passage. The verification must occur no later than 90 days before any town, municipal, general election, or state or presidential primary.
