New Hampshire HB1833 creates a special license for non-resident vessel operators participating in tuna tournaments. This license is required for non-residents who take, possess, land, or transport tuna species for sale from New Hampshire waters. The license is valid only for the duration of the eligible tuna tournament, up to 10 days, and can only be issued to individuals participating in tournaments sponsored by a nonprofit association existing for at least one year.
