Adds students with a parent or guardian on active military duty to the priority guidelines for education freedom accounts.

New Hampshire HB1832 amends RSA 194-F:1, XIII(d) to include students with a parent or guardian on active military duty in the priority guidelines for education freedom accounts. This change applies regardless of the physical location or place of residence of the active-duty parent or guardian. The act takes effect 60 days after its passage.
