Adjusts the annual cost of providing an adequate education for the 2027-2029 biennium.
Amends RSA 198:40-a, I-II to set the annual cost of providing an adequate education at $4,438 per pupil in the adjusted district median ratio, with additional aid for pupils eligible for free or reduced-price meals, English language learners, and those receiving special education services. The department will adjust these rates according to RSA 198:40-d. This act takes effect 60 days after its passage.
