New Hampshire HB1819 mandates annual reviews of education freedom account service providers for compliance with state and federal anti-discrimination.

New Hampshire HB1819 amends RSA 194-F:6 by adding a new paragraph requiring education freedom account service providers to develop and implement policies similar to those required for school districts and chartered public schools. The state board of education must annually review all approved education service providers to ensure continued compliance with state and federal anti-discrimination laws, including any policies mandated by this section. This act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
