Establishes a 10-year strategic housing and infrastructure plan in New Hampshire.

New Hampshire HB1814 establishes a 10-year strategic housing and infrastructure plan (SHIP). The governor will develop the SHIP, modeled after the statewide transportation improvement program, and submit it to the general court by January 15 of each even-numbered year. The plan will be enacted by June 1 of each even-numbered year. The SHIP will incorporate regional housing and infrastructure plans (HIPs) and identify federal, state, and local housing projects. The plan will be updated every two years.
