New Hampshire HB1768 allows the Division of Parks and Recreation to accept donations without prior approval for amounts up to $50,000.

New Hampshire HB1768 amends the state's laws to allow the Division of Parks and Recreation to accept monetary and in-kind donations without prior approval from the governor or council for amounts up to $50,000 in a fiscal year. Donations over $50,000 still require approval. Donations can be acknowledged with limited recognition, such as displaying a name or logo, provided it is incidental and non-promotional. All donations are to be deposited in the state parks gifts and donations account and used according to RSA 216-A:3-o. This act takes effect upon passage.
