Adjusts unemployment compensation eligibility and weekly benefit amounts in New Hampshire.

New Hampshire HB1767 modifies unemployment compensation eligibility by setting a maximum of 20 weeks for benefits unless weekly claims exceed 4,000 for three consecutive weeks, in which case the maximum increases to 26 weeks. The Department of Employment Security will monitor claims, notify the public of changes, and update relevant materials and systems. This act takes effect 60 days after passage.
