Repeals requirements for pharmacy copayments and health care premiums under New Hampshire Medicaid and appropriates funds to compensate for the.

New Hampshire HB1760 repeals the directive that the Department of Health and Human Services seek a waiver to establish pharmacy copayment and premium requirements under the state Medicaid plan. It also repeals related provisions concerning pharmacy copayments and health care premiums under the New Hampshire Granite Advantage Health Care Program and the Children's Health Insurance Program. The bill appropriates funds to compensate for the reduction in funding for the state Medicaid program resulting from these repeals.
