New Hampshire HB1743 requires electric utilities to annually disclose the radiation levels emitted by smart meters to utility account holders. The disclosure must be in written form, either on paper or electronically, and can be included with billing statements or sent separately. The Public Utilities Commission will oversee compliance and can adopt necessary rules to implement the provisions. This act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
