New Hampshire HB1742 provides a process for customer-generators who were inadvertently enrolled in a municipal or county aggregation program. Upon petition, the electric distribution utility must investigate the enrollment status within 20 business days. If inadvertent enrollment is confirmed, the customer-generator is restored to default service at the start of the next billing cycle, provided the final determination is made within 2 business days prior to that cycle.
