Enhances penalties for certain sexual offenses in New Hampshire, including aggravated felonious sexual assault and felonious sexual assault.

The bill amends New Hampshire's criminal code to enhance penalties for certain sexual offenses. It modifies the definitions of aggravated felonious sexual assault and felonious sexual assault to include instances where the offender is in a position of authority over the victim and uses that authority to coerce the victim. It also updates the registration requirements for criminal offenders, including the addition of aggravated felonious sexual assault and felonious sexual assault to the list of offenses requiring registration. The changes take effect on January 1, 2027.
