Adds a non-voting student member to the New Hampshire State Board of Education.
The bill amends the New Hampshire State Board of Education to include a non-voting student member. This student member must be between 14 and 22 years old and currently enrolled in a New Hampshire career school, high school, community college, college, or university, or enrolled in an education freedom account program or home education program. The student member's term lasts two years, from January 31 until the student turns 22 or the term expires. The student member will have all rights of board members except voting. The bill takes effect 60 days after passage.
