Allows carrying certain firearms on slow-moving boats in New Hampshire.

New Hampshire HB1699 amends RSA 207:7 to allow the carriage of cocked crossbows, loaded rifles, loaded shotguns, muzzleloaders, and air rifles on boats operating at no-wake speed or at a speed not exceeding 1.5 times headway speed. This change exempts slow-moving boats from the prohibition on carrying these firearms while being propelled by mechanical power or towed by a mechanically propelled boat. The act takes effect on January 1, 2027.
