New Hampshire HB1698 prohibits mandatory electronic credentials and acceptance by businesses.

New Hampshire HB1698 amends RSA 263-A:5 to ensure no person is required to obtain or display an electronic credential. It also amends RSA 263-A:3 to prevent businesses from being compelled to accept electronic credentials. The act takes effect 60 days after its passage.
