Establishes a homestead tax exemption for lower-income property owners in New Hampshire.

This bill amends New Hampshire's tax laws to create a homestead exemption for lower-income property owners. It specifies that the exemption applies to those who have resided at the property for at least one year, have a net household income of no more than 100 percent of the median income for a 3-person household, own only one property, and have an assessed home value no more than the average for properties in their locality. The exemption is subject to local adoption by a vote.
