Allows small liquor manufacturers to sell directly to on-premises licensees and off-premises consumers.
New Hampshire HB1673 permits liquor manufacturers who distill less than 1,000 cases of liquor annually to sell their products directly to on-premises licensees and for off-premises consumption. Each sale is capped at one 9-liter case, and no more than 12 such cases can be sold to any one customer in a calendar year. The bill also allows on-premises licensees to purchase liquor and wine directly from small liquor manufacturers, provided they have the commission's approval.
