New Hampshire HB1671 amends RSA 141-C:1-a to prohibit health care providers from discriminating against employees, students, or trainees who exercise lawful medical or religious vaccine exemptions. If the Department of Health and Human Services determines a provider has violated this provision, the department must withhold Medicaid reimbursement payments and suspend or terminate the provider from the state Medicaid program. This act takes effect January 1, 2027.
