HB1665 grants equal subpoena authority to all parties in administrative hearings.

HB1665 amends the Administrative Procedure Act to ensure all parties in administrative hearings have equal authority to subpoena witnesses and documents. This authority mirrors that set forth in RSA 516:2 through RSA 516:5. The changes will take effect on January 1, 2027.
