Municipalities will collect $100 per year for waterfront access and $50 per year for deeded water rights, depositing the funds into the dam maintenance fund for dam operation, maintenance, and repair. The Department of Revenue Administration will manage fee collection and enforcement, including placing liens for unpaid fees. The bill takes effect July 1, 2026.
