New Hampshire HB1654 requires property owners to pay all taxes or charges before receiving building or occupancy permits.

New Hampshire HB1654 amends RSA 676:12 by adding a new paragraph VII, allowing local legislative bodies to authorize building inspectors to withhold building or occupancy permits until all back taxes or charges are paid. This act takes effect 60 days after its passage.
