New Hampshire HB1644 amends RSA 195:25 to allow the school board of a cooperative school district to initiate a review of the feasibility and suitability of a town's withdrawal after the tenth anniversary of operating responsibility. If a 3/5 supermajority of voters in the withdrawing town vote in favor of withdrawal, the state board of education must approve the withdrawal plan. The plan is then submitted to voters in the cooperative school district for approval.
