Requires research on effectiveness and ROI for tourism promotional programs over $10,000.

The bill amends RSA 12-O:15, VI to mandate research on the effectiveness of tourism promotional programs and an estimated return on investment (ROI) for those exceeding $10,000. It also amends RSA 12-O:16, II to require an annual report detailing activities and expenditures from the Travel and Tourism Development Fund, including the effectiveness and ROI of promotional programs.
