Text Text

Adds definitions and reporting requirements for education freedom accounts in New Hampshire.

This bill amends RSA 194-F to add definitions and reporting requirements for education freedom accounts. It defines terms such as "program administrator," "applicant," "vendor," and "reimbursements." The program administrator must submit quarterly reports to the department of education, detailing applications, distributions, reimbursements, and student demographics. Failure to submit accurate reports may result in oversight and corrective actions.
