New Hampshire HB1559 amends RSA 287-J:6, II to require each video lottery terminal licensee to distribute 1 percent of gross video lottery revenue to the addiction, treatment, and prevention fund. This fund, established in RSA 176-A:1, supports services for problem gaming. The change increases the previous allocation from 0.25 percent. The act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
