The bill prohibits marketing, promoting, labeling, branding, advertising, distributing, offering for sale, or selling vape products in ways that appeal to minors. This includes imitating non-vape products commonly marketed to minors, such as food, school supplies, and clothing accessories. It also bans using branding known to appeal to minors, such as characters from comic books, movies, TV shows, and video games. Violations are civil infractions, subject to administrative action by the Liquor Commission. The act takes effect January 1, 2027.
