Clarifies the definition of home education in New Hampshire to include instruction in science, mathematics, language, government, history, health, reading, writing, spelling, the history of the constitutions of New Hampshire and the United States, and an appreciation of art and music. Home education must be provided, coordinated, or directed by a parent for their own child. Excludes children receiving an education freedom account from being considered home educated under this chapter. This act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
