New Hampshire HB1518 amends RSA 91-A:2 to require county commission and delegation meetings to allow remote participation. Members can join electronically or by other means if not reasonably practical to attend in person. Remote participants must be audible and discernable to the public. Remote participation does not count as physical presence for voting purposes, and all votes must be by roll call. The act takes effect 60 days after passage.
