New Hampshire HB1512 allows municipalities to vote on whether residents can receive education freedom account vouchers.

New Hampshire HB1512 amends RSA 194-F to allow any municipality to hold a referendum on whether residents can receive education freedom account vouchers. If the vote is yes, eligible residents can receive vouchers. If the vote is no, no eligible resident can receive vouchers. The referendum must follow the same procedures as RSA 40. The act takes effect July 1, 2026.
