New Hampshire HB1490 mandates scholarship organizations to inform parents of home-educated students about their obligation to notify the organization.

New Hampshire HB1490 amends RSA 194-F:4 by adding a new paragraph requiring scholarship organizations to provide parents of home-educated students with a written explanation of their duty to notify the organization when they terminate the home education program. This notice requirement is pursuant to RSA 193-A:5, III. The act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
