Establishes an independent advisory commission on redistricting in New Hampshire to propose district maps.

New Hampshire HB1487 creates an independent advisory commission on redistricting to propose maps for New Hampshire's county commissions, house of representatives, senate, executive council, and congressional districts. The commission will be established no later than May 15, 2031, and every 10 years thereafter. It will conduct an open and transparent process, drawing district lines according to specified criteria, and submit maps to the legislature for consideration. If the legislature does not approve a map, the commission will resubmit it for further consideration.
